  • There will be a bar service at the Mar d’en Manassa  and Fòrum Romà concerts.  In the other spaces there will be no bar service.
  • Drinks and food are not allowed on the premises.
  • At the concerts scheduled at the Roman Forum of Empúries you can park inside the venue until the squares are filled. 
  • In the activities scheduled in L'Escala, you will have to look for the public or private car park closest to the spaces where the performances take place.

Culture is one of the clearly defining elements of the human race. Music and art, in all their expressions, are necessary, essential and very effective elements in the transmission of human values. The Portalblau Festival is culturally, socially, and environmentally committed festival. Since 2020 it has been actively working to integrate the 2030 Agenda and to approve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), creating space for connections and commitment.

3_To ensure healthy living and promote wellbeing for all at all ages. 

4_Quality education. Portalblau is launching a training course for young people aged 16 to 20 who want to learn about how to organize a festival. The students will then have the opportunity to do an internship at the festival this summer.

5_ Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls. Gender equality is not only a fundamental human right, but the necessary foundation for a peaceful, prosperous, and sustainable world. To achieve real and effective equality, it is necessary to create possible situations that serve as references for our immediate environment. The Festival actively works to promote equality and diversity.

7_Affordable and non-polluting energy. The Festival will contract renewable energy as a source of energy in some of its services.

8_Decent work and economic growth. Promote sustained, inclusive, and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment, and decent work for all. The Festival will create a job bank to hire young people from l'Escala.

12_Responsible production and consumption. Measures will be promoted to minimise the environmental impact of the Festival in order to reduce the ecological footprint. Substantially reducing the generation of waste.

13_Climate action. Adopt urgent measures to combat climate change and the effects of this.
